Networking with a Purpose

PVP 2026 – Pressure Vessels & Piping® Conference July 19 – July 24, 2026

CELEBRATING 60 YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE PRESSURE VESSELS AND PIPING INDUSTRY

Join us in Anaheim, CA, USA as we celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the ASME Pressure Vessels & Piping® Conference! The PVP Conference is the ideal platform to keep up with new technologies, network and interact with experts, practitioners, and peers in the Pressure Vessels & Piping area. The PVP Conference is a recognized international forum with participants from more than 40 countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas and the Oceania islands. The ASME Pressure Vessels & Piping Division sponsors the PVP Conference with participation by the ASME NDPD Division.

PAPER & PANEL SESSIONS
More than 160 paper and panel sessions are planned, including tutorials, workshops, and Technology Exhibits. General topics will include:

Advanced Energy (New!)
Codes & Standards
Computer Technology & Bolted Joints
Design & Analysis
Fluid-Structure Interaction
High-Pressure Technology
Materials & Fabrication
Non-Destructive Examination
Operations, Applications & Components
Seismic Engineering

SYMPOSIA
PVP 2026 will feature the following Symposia. Authors are encouraged to explore the appropriate Topic where their Abstracts are best suited within any Track.

Symposium on Artificial Intelligence Applications for PVP
Weld Failures Symposium for Energy Generation Sector
10th International Symposium on Coke Drum Life Cycle Management
The final program for PVP 2026 will feature the details of the papers/presentations from each Symposium.

RUDY SCAVUZZO STUDENT PAPER COMPETITION
Students are encouraged to submit their Abstracts to the Student Paper Competition in the most relevant Topic within the various Tracks of PVP 2026. Papers that are part of the Competition will be presented as part of the regular Technical Sessions at the Conference, and will foster the interaction and networking between future engineers and practicing and experienced engineers in their areas of interest and practice. After the Abstract is successfully submitted in the appropriate Topic within PVP 2026, student authors must notify Professor Hakim Bouzid, PVP Division Student Paper Competition Coordinator, by email by the Abstract submittal deadline.

THE JOURNAL OF PRESSURE VESSEL TECHNOLOGY
PVP Authors are encouraged to submit your papers to the ASME Journal of Pressure Vessel Technology.

The Journal of Pressure Vessel Technology (JPVT) is the premier publication for the highest quality research and interpretive reports on the design, analysis, materials, fabrication, construction, inspection, operation, and failure prevention of pressure vessels, piping, pipelines, power and heating boilers, heat exchangers, reaction vessels, pumps, valves, and other pressure and temperature-bearing components, as well as the nondestructive evaluation of critical components in mechanical engineering applications. It publishes analytical, experimental, and numerical studies and welcomes review papers in PVP technology and related research topics.
